The shareholding structure being used for this investment is modelled on an existing co-share structure for another property in Mercatello, Italy.
Ownership
The property will be owned by an Australian company with 13 shareholders.
Access
Each share will allow the shareholder access to the property for 4 weeks per year under a flexible calendar arrangement.
Stay
The time can be used in a single block or 4 individual weeks (depending on the calendar availability).
Booking
The calendar is available for booking up to two years in advance
The Investment
All shares are now sold but please enquire to be put on the waiting list for shares when available.
Ongoing costs are estimated to be
in the range of €1,000 to €1,300
per annum.
